The programme has three levels, and knowing exactly which is which saves a lot of confusion. The partners page is the reference; this explains the shape.
The structure
- Level 1 — your directs. People who join with your link. The most reliable level: you know who they are.
- Level 2 — their network. People your directs bring in.
- Level 3 — and theirs. One more step out.
It stops at three. That is a deliberate limit: beyond three levels, almost nobody can follow the chain, and a structure nobody can follow is not an advantage to anyone.
What each level pays
Each level has its own published rate, and the rates are configurable by the operator in the admin. The current figures are shown on the partners page — that page is the source of truth, not this article, which may be a build older than your screen.
The rules that matter more than the rates
Commission is on activity, not on balance. It is credited when a qualifying event happens in the network, not because someone joined. That is why a large network can pay nothing and a small one can pay something.
- Holds apply. A member's own holds and verification status affect whether their activity qualifies.
- There is a cap. A ceiling exists, and it is published on the partners page.
- Self-referral does not pay. Registering second accounts to work your own links is detected and does not earn.
Using it well
Link people who will genuinely use the product. The referral programme is strongest as something you recommend to people you know, and weakest as something you do with accounts you created. The mistakes first-timers make covers the second one.
The Special Incentive is a separate, time-limited award on top of this, with its own published rules.
